Refund Policy for GLashed-Out
Effective Date: 18th June 2025
At GLashed-Out we strive to provide high-quality lash services to every client. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we want to ensure you are treated fairly. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or service credits are provided.
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Due to the nature of the services we offer, we do not provide cash refunds for any treatments or products once they have been rendered or used. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your service and will offer the following options under certain conditions.
2. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with your lash service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to correct the issue by offering the following options:

Free Correction Service: If the lash application did not meet your expectations or there was a mistake in the application, we will offer a free correction within 48 hours of the service. This correction will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

Service Credit: If we are unable to correct the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a credit toward a future service. This credit will be equivalent to the cost of the service that did not meet your expectations.

Partial Refund: In exceptional cases, where we cannot correct the issue or provide a satisfactory solution, we may offer a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that no refunds will be offered for dissatisfaction related to the following:

Issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Damage to lashes resulting from client neglect (e.g., excessive rubbing, pulling, or incorrect aftercare).

Change in personal preferences after the service is completed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of [insert amount] or [insert percentage of the service cost].

No Shows: If a client fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, they may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
4. Product Returns
If you purchase any retail products from the Salon (e.g., lash care products, cleansers, serums), and you are dissatisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Used productscannot be returned for a refund.
5. Refund Process
To request a service correction, store credit, or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your service via email or phone. You must include the following information in your request:

Your name and appointment details.

A description of the issue or dissatisfaction.

Any relevant photographs (if applicable) showing the issue.

Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and respond within 2 business days to offer a resolution.
6. Service Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this Refund Policy in certain situations. This may include cases where services were provided in error or where a significant issue with the service occurred. In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, GLashed-Out cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper aftercare, personal allergies, or failure to follow post-service instructions. The Salon is also not liable for any damage to personal items during the service.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated to clients via our website or social media platforms. Please check this policy regularly for any changes.
